Welcome to this Danny Elfman and Tim Burton inspired production where the performers stand up against anything and everything that confines them. This show is meant to be a spectacle with as many unique and "out of the box" ideas as possible! The “Little Boxes” melody weaves its way throughout the show as a creepy reminder of things that confine. Mvt 2 features Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata as the foundation of classical confinement before the arrangement changes things up quite a bit. There is lots of potential for props here and this is sure to be the crowd favorite at every show!
“That Which Confines Us” was originally the Independent World class Gold Medalist at WGI Championships in 2014 performed by Pulse Percussion and was released for the 2015 indoor season.
