This show was inspired by the Sarah Kay spoken word "Hands." Bringing this great piece of poetry to live through music and visual design was a treat to work on. Such a simple idea that develops into so much more! "I love hands, like I love people. They are the maps and compasses in which we navigate through life." This show connects with the audience through the surface level playfulness and the layers of depth you find as the production unveils itself.
“Hands” was originally an Independent World class finalist at WGI Championships in 2016 performed by POW Percussion. This show was released for the 2017 indoor season.
