"You may say that I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one" Conceptually, Imagine creates a unique environment that motivates whimsical events to unfold. Pristine, yet contemporary and artistically intriguing, this show can manifest differently with each group's design team using their own imagination to bring the concept into fruition with some possible visual/concept motives being: derby hats, bicycles, umbrellas, and balloons. Musically, “Pure Imagination” from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is woven throughout the entire show, culminating in an impactful arrival of the arrangement with a contemporary musical treatment.
Edwardsville HS was a PSA finalist at WGI championships performing Imagine in 2016.
This show was originally commissioned for the Los Alamitos HS for the fall of 2014 and was released for indoor 2016 as a custom version adapted for indoor percussion.
